How to Use:
Empty the entire content of blonder powder with developer in a bowl in a 1:2 ratio.Apply the mixture to the chosen hair strand with the applicator brush.Wash hair after 30 minutes with shampoo and lukewarm water till water runs clean.Then, towel dry the hair strands.
