Steps to Apply Gel Eyeliner

1. Prepare the Lid: Make sure your eyelid is clean and oil-free for better application. You can also apply a light dusting of powder over the eyelid to help the gel glide on smoothly. 
2. Dip the Brush: Dip an angled brush lightly into the gel eyeliner jar and wipe off any excess product on the side of the jar to avoid a clumpy application. 
3. Apply to the Lash Line: For a precise line, apply the gel liner to your lash line, starting from the inner corner and extending towards the outer corner. 
4. Create a Wing (Optional): To create a winged look, extend the line from the outer corner of your eye and fill in the resulting triangle. 
5. Smudge for a Smoky Look (Optional): If you want a softer or smoky eye, use a smudging brush to blend the liner before it sets.
