1. Prepare Your Eyes

• Cleanse and moisturize: Start by cleansing and moisturizing your face, paying attention to your eyelids. 
• Prime and powder: Apply an eye primer and concealer to even out your skin tone, then set it with a light dusting of powder to prevent oils from breaking down the eyeliner. 

2. Apply the Liner

• Steady your hand: Rest your elbow on a table to keep your hand steady for a smoother application. 
• Start with a thin line: Begin at the inner corner of your upper lash line and draw thin, precise strokes, keeping them as close to your lashes as possible. 
• Build the wing: Extend the line outwards and upwards to create the desired shape. 
• Create a triangle: Connect the tip of your wing back to the liner to form a triangle. 
• Fill it in: Fill in the created triangle with the liquid liner. 
• Refine the shape: Use a cotton swab (Q-tip) to clean up any edges and sharpen the wing for a neat and flawless look.
