Step-by-step Guide

1. Shake the pen: Before you begin, give the eyeliner pen a good shake to ensure the formula is evenly distributed. 
2. Practice strokes: If you're new to liquid eyeliner, it's a good idea to practice making small strokes on the back of your hand first to get a feel for the applicator. 
3. Start at the center: Begin applying the liner in the middle of your upper lash line. 
4. Work outwards: Draw the line outwards towards the outer corner of your eye, keeping it as close to your lash line as possible. 
5. Create the wing: At the outer edge, angle the liner upwards to create your desired wing. 
6. Connect to the inner corner: Bring the liner from the inner corner of your eye to meet the line you've already drawn. 
7. Fill and refine: Fill in any gaps and refine the shape of your wing for a crisp finish.
