Application
- Particularly suitable for use at the hairline and directly on the scalp.
- Mix in a non-metallic bowl with oxidiser Welloxon Perfect or Color Touch Emulsion in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2. The lower the developer strength, the gentler the lightening process.
- Use an oxidiser of 20 vol (6%) concentration or lower for application to the roots. Do not use heaters.
